We bought in Oct and had a terrible experience working with Suzanne. I found her to be very rude and disrespectful. Had there been another like vehicle elsewhere I would have walked out based on her individual lack of tact and customer service. It’s unfortunate that she was paid commission off of our purchase.

Suzanne Dumont is the best! I bought a new 2022 Tucson. Always good service on my previous car, a 2011 Sonata. This dealership goes the extra mile for me every time I take my vehicle in. So good in fact, that I wanted to stay with this particular dealership for my new vehicle so I stayed in the Hyundai line.

Brandon provided me with an outstanding experience in my purchase of a "new to me" vehicle. He was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. He answered all my questions and he provided top flight service from the test drive to delivery of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Brandon and look forward to doing business again with him and McDonald Automotive in the future. I also had the pleasure of working with Spencer in completing the financing arrangements and associated documentation. Spencer was very personable and skillful in providing an excellent lender with favorable payment terms. He also presented an array of additional available services in an easy-to-understand manner. I would enjoy working with him again. Great job gentlemen!

I’m honestly surprised by so many good reviews for this

I’m honestly surprised by so many good reviews for this place. I have never gone out of my way to write a poor review before.. but here I am because it has been that bad. To start wit the salesman pressured me to come in on a day my husband couldn’t come with me. I told him I’d prefer to come the next day with him but he said I. Had to come that day because it was better for him. He said everything would be ready so it could be smooth. The car came out of detail FILTHY. Wrappers, trash, crumbs. He sent it back and again.. still dirty! Beyond that he knew nothing about the car and couldn’t show me the features I was looking forward to. After getting the car home my husband checks it over it has a disguising air filter, which would be basic mechanical checkup… so that goes to show how thorough they are… the shocks are totally shot which will be $500 to replace, the speakers in the back don’t work and there’s a tear in the cloth of the door. We also only got one key and it’s the fob kind so that’ll be $300 to have another made. I called to tell the managers of our experience and after apologizing profusely and promising to call back with a solution he never called. I called again and spoke to another, same thing happened. Third manager we talked to offered us $200 for the detail.. we said that’s great but it doesn’t rectify the hassle, inconvenience, poor service and he said he’ll work on a solution and get back to us. They did send the $200 but then never heard from them again. We were waiting to wire the remaining $1000 we owed until they fixed the issues and they never did. They called us months later asking for the money and we said we assumed you were writing it off to make things right (they had already sent us the title) the manager said he’s sorry but we signed a contract and we’re being shady. I told him he’s doing bad business selling a xxxxty car with problems not disclosed to the customer and if he wants to make it right he’ll cover the cost of the problems with the car and he said no. He was rude, condescending, and only cared about his money. Horrible business, horrible experience. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere where they actually care to do GOOD honest business and take responsibility when they mess up.

This was my 1st time buying a Hyundai and luckily for me, I connected with Gary Clayton at McDonald Hyundai. They were the only dealership that wasn't selling vehicles well above the MRSP. Gary was really easy to work with, answered all my questions, no pressure. I was put on a wait list for a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid blue trim level. Gary gave me regular updates, finally the car was delivered and I took possession on December 9th. Gary gave me in pretty thorough run through on all the "bells & whistles". Then let me take the car for a test drive while he dealt with getting the trade-in value on my old car. I worked with Spenser on the financing, he got me set up with a Credit Union that I had dealt with before which made the whole process pretty quick and painless. I was really pleased with the whole process. Gary has even called to check up on things since I bought the car. I really like the car. It's really comfortable, responsive with great handling. It has a lot of the safety features that I wanted. I was pretty impressed as it was the base model. I would highly recommend McDonald Hyundai as well as my salesperson, Gary Clayton.

I had a mostly good experience at McDonald Hyundai.

I had a mostly good experience at McDonald Hyundai. Bottom line McDonald did not price gouge when many other dealerships ate charging $5-10K over MSRP. I bought my vehicle at at MSRP + min mandatory add ons. There are several areas where they could have improved their service. Here are a few... 1. When the delivery date changed, I was consistently "pulling" the updated info from them vs them "pushing" it to me. 2. Initial call. I talked to a sales associate. He said he'd all back in 5 minutes. 35 minutes later I called back and got a different sales associate. The original sales associate called back 45 minutes later. I was about 2 minutes from calling Hyundai of Pueblo who also sells at MSRP. 3. I was told there would be no add included. In closing day, the manager added etching. I didn't ask for it and was never told to expect it. I asked to meet half way and split tge cost. He wouldn't meet me half way -- he immediately pulled out the take it or leave card. It wasn't worth it to cancel the contract after waiting 3 months, but it wasn't a good experience. It soured my experience on principle. Would it have been worth meeting me in the middle for $100 to show good faith? I think it would have been. 4. On pick up day, I waited 30 minimum after our agreed upon meeting time and no one approached me to say my sales associate would be a half hour late. Once again, it is a respecfullness thing. 5. I was forced to finance with them for 6 months at a rate 3% higher than USAA's quote. I'd never do this in other markets. I am forced to refinance asap. 6. I had several changes in delivery date. 4 to 5 changes and about 60 days of additionalwaiting. I was told my original car was damaged during delivery, however I read previous reviews that the same sales associate sold their "saved" vehicle to someone else. I'll trust that the SUV was damaged, but I would have expected them to tell me this right away. There are many Positives: 1. Very friendly sales associate who was up front about total price and min refinance time (6 Months). 2. No Added charges above MSRP. Phil Long In Colorado Springs was trying to get 5K to $10,000 over asking price -- very shady. Hyundai of Pueblo is the other dealership that was offering fair MSRP pricing. 3. The F & I experience was not pushy. I went to the YAA website to learn how to avoid F &I pitfalls, but as it turned out there was no pressure. 4. Great job by my sales associate going over the many features of my new Palisade on purchase day. 5. The parts shop put on the roof rack for no charge, That was a really nice gesture. They made up a lot of good will. 6. People were nice and respectful to my mother who was with me. The market will change in the next few months/year and it will be a buyers market again. McDonald's fair pricing practices will be remembered when we buy future vehicles and affect who I refer to Hyundai dealerships. In the end things could have been handled better, but they were much more fair than other dealers. It is well worth driving 30-60 minutes to save $5-10K. I will likely get my next EV from McDonald or from Pueblo. I'll avoid Phil Long forever after a couple shady experiences with them.

Other dealerships in the area I spoke to used high pressure tactics that drove me away only to keep trying to follow up afterwards as if we had never even spoken. This was not the case with McDonald Hyundai. It was clear they treated me fairly and put in the effort to work closely with me throughout the process. I recently purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy

I recently purchased a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy at McDonald Hyundai. My salesman was Micah Levy. He was outstanding and made what is normally an unpleasant experience when purchasing a vehicle, an easy and relatively quick process. About one month before I purchased this vehicle, I tried to purchase a very similar vehicle at Phil Long Hyundai Motor City in Colorado Springs. This dealership added a pure profit market adjustment to the vehicle totaling over $6,000. I tried to negotiate with this dealership, but they would not budge on the market adjustment. So I did my research and found that McDonald Hyundai was more interested in satisfied customers and repeat customers rather than taking advantage of its customers by adding a market adjustment. I will be purchasing my next new automobile from McDonald Hyundai!

I purchased a car through this dealer as an out of state

I purchased a car through this dealer as an out of state buyer. We were admittedly very anxious every step of the way, and the staff dealt with our concerns as best they could. We did experience some challenges, however, and I think the dealer could improve in a few ways. Our sales agent apparently resigned while were completing the sale, unbeknownst to us. We continued to text our sales agent, with no responses, for a full day before we found it he was no longer with the company. And we had to find out by calling to complain that we hadn't received a response. Getting a hold of the finance department can be extremely challenging. Every time you call, you have to go through a receptionist. This can add a lot of time on to the process. All paperwork had to be hard copies that were mailed. Nothing was digital. You cannot text the finance department, only phone calls, resulting in a lot of lost time playing phone tag and waiting for the receptionist to try to locate the person you need to speak to. We had to arrange our own shipping, even though "Home Delivery" is offered on many websites on which this dealer posts. No options were offered to help me relocate the purchase to my state. The vehicle I purchased was a Certified Pre Owned car. I expected a certain level of cleanliness when the car was delivered. However, I had to extensively clean a significant amount of dog hair out of the car. I also found a human brush being used as a dog brush, as well as a pack of matches from a local CO dispensary advertising "Weed Loves You", all in the center console. Did someone not check this car before it was shipped? Didn't make us feel so great about the purchase knowing someone probably used it before us to hit their local dispensary. What else did they use the car for before delivering it to us? Also, the mileage was 4,000 miles higher than what was listed on the website. This was a concern we had to overlook, as we discovered this fact late in the purchasing process. I would have preferred a discount for the additional mileage that wasn't advertised on the car. Why wasn't the actual mileage posted on the car listing online? I understand some minor discrepancies in reporting correct mileage, but this is 4,000 miles! Also, this dealer states that they do not add additional markups, but they add all the additional add ons that any dealer would. I found their prices for these add ons less expensive than other dealers, but all the additional services offered are unnecessary, overpriced, and adds additional time for the finance department to get through in the finance meeting. I asked to waive all additions, but somehow still couldn't get them to remove the $299 Courtesy Guard. Do your research on the additions they add. Anything taxable is negotiable. Don't pay for unnecessary add ons like Nitrogen Fill tires, pin-striping, after market alarms, paint protections, etc. You can often find out what these are with a little research and discover for yourself that these are simply ways for a dealer to make a profit of your sale. Avoid at all costs and be willing to walk if the dealer struggles to understand why you don't want to pay for these costly and pointless additions. If the dealers were honest, we wouldn't have to write and read all of these reviews. Overall, I found this dealer needs improvement in a few areas. Communications needs to improve, as well as properly delivering the vehicle in a clean condition, with all personal items removed, especially brushes with hair! As with all car dealers, you really have to watch them every step of the way to make sure you're not getting ripped off. I'd prefer to never have to deal with another car dealer again after the six month nightmare rollercoaster of lies and disinformation that we have experienced trying to get an honest deal, but I believe this dealer is better at in person sales than online sales. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealer remotely, but I may consider them if I lived in the Denver area.

Flew in from another state to pick up a Certified

Flew in from another state to pick up a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Ioniq with 8432 miles. We already own a 2022 Ioniq and loved it so much we wanted a second one. Talking with the sales person Kyle McMillen on the phone, he told us that this vehicle was a retired service loaner. We were picked up at the airport and taken to the dealership to make the purchase. Our sales person was not there so someone else handled the paperwork. No Problem. Were told that the sales person needed to sign off on the paperwork later and they would email me all the documents the next day. Friday. (I had to ask for the paperwork a week later). Upon loading the vehicle for our return home I notice there is a trailer hitch installed. When I inquire about that they say "our mistake, yeah this car is actually a lease return". Red flag for me. Paperwork is done. We are now driving home. Spend the night in Glenwood Springs. Next morning it is lightly snowing and forecast for a bunch of snow. We continue to not get stuck. Driving the car on the open road home we notice that the car is pulling to the right. We have not hit anything or taken it off road or anything of the sort. All smooth roads. After getting home we make contact with the Kyle at the dealership to inform of the pulling to the right. Vehicle needed an alignment. Also there were missing body parts underneath due to the trailer hitch install. He immediately referred us to his brother Kenneth McMillen the sales manager. I shared my concern about the alignment and the issue of a trailer hitch being installed. Kenneth made my point of concern perfectly by stating "there is no way of knowing if anything was towed with the car". Thank you Captain Obvious. Kenneth informs me to take the car to an alignment shop and get an alignment. Then tells me to let him know how he can help. I get the alignment and let him know he can help by covering the $130 cost and sending me the missing factory installed underbody parts. All this to a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that passed their 173 point inspection. Kenneth informs me the dealership would go out of business by fixing all the pre-owned vehicles and then does not reply back. Paid full asking price of a vehicle that was supposed to be a retired service loaner. Passed their 173 point inspection but still needed an alignment and has missing under body parts and a trailer hitch. I feel that this dealership cannot be trusted. Wanted to warn others to beware. Clearly by living out of state I will never do business with this dealership again but that would be the same for me if I lived around the corner from them. On a side note it has been almost a month and they have still not given me the title. Wonder if there is a problem with that.

Our sales associate Kyle and his business manager were outstanding! Went to 4 other dealerships prior to purchasing our Hyundai Tucson from them it was a breath of fresh air just being able to buy a car during this chaotic time. The OTHER local dealerships lied to us, tried to take more money from us, we’re unprofessional, the list was endless. McDonald Hyundai HELPED us! Kyle was a breath of fresh air! Helped us find a car, gave us the price, didn’t tell us we could only have it if we paid $6000 over MSRP, didn’t try to change the rate we were quoted after we agreed to buying our car and running our credit, didn’t tell us that if we didn’t change our trim package we would drop on the list. Thank god we didn't settle with Arapahoe Hyundai because McDonald Hyundai is a 1000x better customer dealership.

Doe Snyder and John O'Hanlon went above and beyond to get me my car. I live in AK, the dealer is in CO and they overcame all obstacles of distance and lenders reluctance to lend to someone who lives in AK, outside the continental US. Then when I was too sick to come to the dealership they kept the car and loan for me. I can't say enough about Doe and John, to make sure things were right for the buyer's circumstance. I intend to fly to CO next year to buy from them again, the experience was so positive I do not mind driving the car back to AK. Experiences like this should occur at every dealer. McDonald Hyunadi and Doe Snyder were amazing, not only

McDonald Hyunadi and Doe Snyder were amazing, not only yesterday, but over the past month with all of my phone calls, texts, and emails to Doe. To be clear, I never even met Doe until yesterday. She has been amazing! Everyone else there to assist with the financing and finalization of the purchase was amazing as well. This was the complete opposite of my past 6 plus years of experience (and unfortunately the past month) with Arapahoe Hyundai- I had no idea I could go to another Hyundai, so I wish I would have done that a long time ago. I will definitely be recommending McDonald Hyundai, Doe Snyder and all there to anyone I know needing a new car. With so many changes in the world these past couple of years due to the pandemic, customer service and true professionalism and concern for customers has dramatically declined across so many companies. My experience with Doe, Grant and a couple of others with McDonald Hyundai was not only so pleasantly opposite of that, but so refreshing! Even the emails from you- which I did not have time to respond to previously, so I apologize- after I had communicated with Doe, were different from Arapahoe Hyundai and 4 other Hyundai dealerships I communicated with- was out of the norm. I so appreciate the excellent service and care your team and the entire dealership provided to me. Honestly, Doe had no idea I would even eventually purchase from her; she simply spent the time to educate, truly help me and provide me with options and decisions, never making me feel obligated to come her way. I am happy to provide feedback for your website. As well, you are welcome to use this email statement from me to add to your website if you wish. I really want others to know they need to come to McDonald Hyundai for exceptional service and to work with people who are knowledgeable and truly care. Thank you again so much! You all made this so much easier for me! Kind Regards, Diane B

Doe and Spencer were so friendly and great to work with. No complaints. Derek, however, the sales manager was rude, unprofessional, and extremely disrespectful to me. Because of him I almost walked away from a deal. Not only did he raise his voice at me, because he was clearly frustrated by a HYUNDAI ADVERTISED REBATE, but he walked away from me when I tried to have a conversation with him. He also, in so many words, insulted my intelligence by stating that I am reading the same small print at he is and but unable to comprehend what was being said. Unfortunately, for him, the small print for the rebate did NOT explain why I was “ineligible” for it and actually was very black & white—all I needed to do was prove that I graduated college within the past 2 years and show proof of employment (check & check). Derek tried to argue that I needed to prove my employment was related to my degree but no where on the rebate did it state that. I would 100% NEVER EVER recommend anyone work with him and if it wasn’t for Doe and Spencer I would never recommend anyone to that dealership.

I live in Castle Rock and really enjoy the small town, slightly more rural life. I’ve always had a love for anything with an engine, after many years on the service side I have chosen to move to sales and see a completely new side of things. This was my 1st time buying a Hyundai and luckily for me,

Five Star across the board!

Five Star across the board! My experience with McDonald Hyundai and especially my Sales Consultant, Gary Clayton was superior to any I've had. Gary quoted me the exact price I'd expect to pay and made the sale in minimum time with no time consuming bargaining games or additional fees and expenses added at the last moment. Unlike dealers in Colorado Springs, there wasn't the additional $5000 "Market Adjustment" added to the price at th beginning of the sale. Highly recommended and hope to purchase several more cars from Gary! Thank You!!

Great updates after car order was placed.

Great updates after car order was placed. Able to find the car I wanted and called immediately. Gary Clayton was kind, friendly, personal and extremely knowledge! The loan process went smoothly and we're felt we got the best deal in town. Hope the Santa Fe outlives me, but of I need another car, I'll definitely go to Mac Donald Hyundai

Brandon West and his team Derek and John, did a great job

Brandon West and his team Derek and John, did a great job on getting the specific car we were searching for. We had built our Hyundai online and reached out to over 50 dealers across the US trying to find the right vehicle. They were very responsive via email, text and calls. Marking up MSRP has been a standard business practice that has been challenging to customers across the US. It is important to understand that they did not markup the price from MSRP and it was worth travel. We saved over $2,000 to include travel cost. We live in Idaho and flew to Colorado for the car we had been searching for. They welcomed us with coffee and water and were quick with the paperwork process. We were in and out in an hour and driving back home to Idaho. Thank you! The Mills Family

Doe and Spencer were so friendly and great to work with.

Truly atrocious customer service. He would not give us the time of day. When we were looking to lease a car through them, he would not explain why their website said totally different numbers than theirs. AND THEN HE ANGRILY STORMED OFF. We were asking simple questions of why they wouldn’t honor the Hyundai student discount, and they said that Hyundai lies about their student deal so they wouldn’t give us that. Went to another dealership and they doubled the student deal. Don’t know any manager that storms off when dealing with customers who are willing to lease a car through, but their loss and the other Hyundai dealerships gain.

CUSTOMERS READ - Unfortunately my husband & I did not have the best experience working with Allona or with McDonald Hyundai dealership. - Visited the dealership in Sept. worked with Allona. We were interested in leasing a Hyundai Tucson & we were told by Allona that it would arrive around the first week of November. - We provided Allona with 3 CONTACT OPTIONS to get a hold of us. She had my husband's email address, cell number & my cell number. My husband started corresponding with her via email to keep checking on the status & he did have to chase her a couple of times to get a response. Her email responses lacked any form of professionalism. - End of October my husband sent Allona an email to confirm the car arrival date. She responds & claims that she called, left him a voice message to let him know the car was ready. She then informs him that because she did not hear back from him, she sold the car to someone else. Apparently there is a certain window of time they wait to hear back from you before they sell the car to someone else. There obviously was no attempt to call my husband again. She did not call me and she did not email him to let us know the car was available. - My husband did not receive any missed calls or voice messages from her. Given that she had 3 different ways to contact us, when we asked her why she didn't call me or respond to the email thread to let us know the car was ready, she was unable to provide an explanation. However she seemed to have no issues contacting my phone number to let us know she sold the car to another customer. - No explanation provided, did not come across as apologetic and she did absolutely nothing to provide us with a solution. I thought rule number one of customer service is to try to rectify the massive inconvenience. We asked to speak to the manager, his name was Ray. - Ray luckily managed to find us another car but the car arrival date was pushed back 3 times. However, when I asked what was causing the bumping of vehicles in transit his response was 'Ports shipping company or the lack thereof I don't know if you pay attention to what's going on in the news.' Again, not the best customer facing response. However, he managed to find us another car. We greatly appreciated his help. - Car finally arrived on the 22nd of Nov. & we worked with sales manager Derek. Allona emailed us the night before we were picking up the car with our original lease proposal + original VIN number (VIN ended up being incorrect). Her email did not include any greeting nor did she try to apologize in writing. Just here is your lease proposal & the attachment. - Arrived at the dealership, new VIN number and the price went up significantly. I understand that it is a different VIN number but we were not informed in advance that the amount had changed. Again, note that Allona sent us our lease proposal the night before with the price that was originally discussed. We then get slapped with a brand new lease amount with a $215 increase. When I asked Derek to provide some sort of discount or even throw in rubber mats to justify the cost of $195 carpet mats under accessory charges, we were just given more BS and that there was nothing he could do for us. - Considering the massive inconvenience of having our original car sold from underneath us (to this day we still never received an explanation on why this happened), not being able to drive to work, grocery shopping, spent ridiculous amounts of money on car rentals/Ubers and lease amount increased, we left the dealership with a really bad taste in our mouths. - A part of me wishes that I had read the negative reviews on Google about McDonald Hyundai dealership. 'STEALERSHIP' is really the best word to describe our experience. - We worked with Doe to complete the paperwork. Doe was helpful and professional. - Buyer/ Leaser BEWARE and find another dealership. - We will be filing a complaint with Hyundai corporate about this and it is a shame that there was nothing they would do for us to provide a better customer experience.

I recently purchased a 2021 Santa Fe Calligraphy at McDonald Hyundai. This is my third Santa Fe from this dealership over the past 12 years. My salesperson for the 2021 and my previous Santa Fe was Suzanne Dumont. Suzanne is a great person to work with when purchasing a car. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all, extremely accommodating. In her own words, "I want you to be happy with your new car." At no time did I feel any pressure to rush into a deal. Suzanne is committed to her customer's satisfaction. Also, the entire dealership is focused on the customer. This includes sales staff, finance, service, and parts. I have had all my servicing don at McDonald Hyundai. I can confidently recommend McDonald Automotive for all your car needs.

Allona Lucero was so great to work with. I started with her several months ago and after realizing the car I wanted wouldn't be available for 18 months we worked together to find something that would. Ended up getting a 2022 Hybrid Tucson for MSR vs. other dealerships that were adding thousands onto the price tag. She was on it!

My original salesman texted me at the beginning of April

My original salesman texted me at the beginning of April with news of that the dealership would be getting 2 Elantra Hev around June 7th. They've been holding the car for me that long. Salesman left and Allona took over! She not only texted me but called me as well to give me updates on my car. Car arrived early (May) so made arrangements to come out here (live in a different state) to pick up my car. Went to pick up my car and unfortunately Hyundai had recalled a few of their vehicles due to the seat belt pretensioners. Not the dealers fault. Allona kept in touch with me and contacted me right away when Hyundai had a fix. I was on Amtrak heading home. One week later I was back on the train to Colorado to pick up my car! I finally met with Allona on June 27th to complete all the paperwork. Dealership was fantastic. Did not have to give them a down-payment. They sold the car at MSRP. I would certainly buy another car from Allona!

CUSTOMERS READ - Unfortunately my husband & I did not...

My boyfriend and I had a great experience buying our Tucson from Peyton. He made sure to keep us in the loop on incoming inventory so we were able to get the model and color we wanted. We loved that they did not charge a dealer markup like we were seeing from other dealerships. Peyton and John Francis made both the purchasing and financing quick and easy. Highly recommend McDonald Hyundai.

Hands down, WORST customer service I have ever received.

Hands down, WORST customer service I have ever received. Immediately request another advisor if he is assigned to you. He is absolutely impossible to reach, doesn’t listen to voicemail, does not respond to email and has zero interest in taking care of his customers. My 2016 Tucson was at the dealership for 3 MONTHS - he initially screwed up the pre-authorization claim, didn’t turn in the correct paperwork, and then made excuses, ignored my calls and those from my advocate at Hyundai corporate - I would go WEEKS without a response. I don’t know how McDonald can keep someone this horrible at their job on the payroll.

Two days ago we traded in our old car and bought a new electric vehicle. All thanks to McDonald Hyundai ‘s great specialists, especially: sales consultant Micah Levy, finance specialist Spencer Armijo, service specialist Jay Centeno and parts specialist Shay Pratt! Micah got me interested over the phone to come to dealership and check out the car, as well as helped to manage the purchase and answered a ton of questions. Jay helped my wife and I to make our final decision about the old car that was in service department at that moment and also answered a lot of questions. Spencer provided us with great warranty options and excellent courteous customer service. Shay is very knowledgeable on subject of tires; helped us to make the correct decisions for now and for the next winter season. We had more people assisting us during those few days, but we believe that Micah Levy, Jay Centeno, Spencer Armijo and Shay Pratt deserve a very special thanks from us and a good reward from McDonald Hyundai for the work and care they provided for us during those few days! Thank you all!

I dropped my car off to this location to get it serviced. Hours later I receive an unbelievably rude voicemail from Jay Centeno stating that the car was "Distasteful and to either clean the car or remove it from their property because no mechanic wanted to work on the car and that it was the worst car that he has ever seen". This was confusing because the car had been completely cleaned out AND vacuumed before it was taken in. I took it immediately to another location where they completed repairs with no issues at all. Jay Centeno is incredibly unprofessional, incompetent, and needs to be fired. This location SUCKS. Go somewhere else.

Beyond dissatisfied.

Beyond dissatisfied. They gave me an estimate to make my sunroof operable and after two weeks of them working on my car it turned out to be double the price. I asked them to just put it back how I brought it in. Three weeks later I paid $2,000 to pick it up. Half the sunroof railing system was missing (they accidentally threw it in the trash) and the glass was fastened by two screws (manager said it’s they best they can do). Unsafe to drive. The manager and his manager agreed it wasn’t fit to drive but they have not done a thing to correct their mishandling of my car. Lots of lip service but not a thing to show for it. I duct taped the glass and drove home slowly on the back roads. My boyfriend, who is not a certified mechanic, fixed it for me that same day. Other problems when I received my car: My back up camera didn’t work; both overhead light consoles not it place, busted passenger storage console; missing “buttons” to hold interior in place; grease marks throughout interior. I am so disappointed that anyone would think this is acceptable… and they charged me $2,000! The owner, Bruce, tried to sell me insurance. When I told him my experience he deferred the problem back to the managers I was already working with.

My salesperson, Alex Angels, helped me with my purchase

My salesperson, Alex Angels, helped me with my purchase of a 2023 Elantra N. He was always available to help me out with shipping updates during the reservation process, and was very friendly when it came time to pick the car up. Not only that, but he got me this car at MSRP with no mark-up! I have purchased a car at a different Hyundai dealer before and they didn't explain any of the infotainment system to me, leaving me to figure it all out on my own. When picking up my Elantra N at McDonald Hyundai, Alex was very knowledgeable and explained absolutely every setting they programmed into that thing. He was also very quick to schedule my appointments with their service department to apply the SMART shield I got for the car, which was very convenient. Thank you Alex for making my car buying experience so easy!

We recently purchased a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy at McDonald Hyundai. While there were delays with transportation (Out of McDonald Hyundai's control), everything else was a very easy and smooth process. Our salesman was David Kuczek, who was incredibly helpful and kept us up-to-date with the ever moving delivery dates. I called around several dealers to get the best price on our new car and every dealer I spoke to was adding $5000 over MSRP just because they could as a result of the supply and demand. McDonald Hyundai did not do this as they felt it was unfair to their customers. I would highly recommend David at McDonald Hyundai and will definitely do business with him in the future.

Stopped to see if there were any used SUVs with the Calligraphy trim - but the beauty, style and value of the 2023 Sante Fe Calligraphy was too good to pass up. Haley (Ballew) was knowledgeable and fun - no high pressure - she listened and validated my train of thought and sold a new car that day! Super happy with the transaction from start to finish and super happy with my new car. GREAT GAS MILEAGE - DON'T PASS UP THE TURBO - SMOOTH RIDE - GORGEOUS LUXE INTERIOR - MORE BELLS AND WHISTLES THAN I KNOW HOW TO USE

If you call to inquire about a repair you will be put on hold, hung up on repeatedly and someone will even begin dialing the phone while you’re on the line. Every experience, at least 4, with this service department is frustrating. Save your sanity and go somewhere that had employees answer the phone.
