Fitness Classes

No two people have the same fitness needs. While someone may love yoga, someone else may love lifting weights. Since there’s no one path to fitness, Compass Fitness offers several different fitness classes among a variety of styles. Let’s take a look!

Getting Down + Dirty

Love lifting weights? The Down + Dirty class is just what you’ve been looking for. In this class, you’ll focus on proper form and alignment, so you’re working every muscle possible through each exercise. No running laps. No jumping jacks. Just lifting.

Full Body Fitness

Strength training and cardio fitness go together like protein powder and shaker bottles. For the best of both worlds, the Compass Full Direction classes focus on strength training with a hint of cardio just to keep you on your toes.

Instructors will cover proper form and technique, so you’re getting the most out of your sweat-fest.

Pedal To the Metal

Give it your all in their HIIT & Run class and leave your troubles behind. In this high-intensity class, you’ll add running to your full-body functional movement, strength-training workouts to improve speed, performance, and endurance.

A Day at the Park

Kids are usually in good shape, right? What’s their secret? They run around and have fun! In a Compass Fitness Bounce + Bells class, you’ll jump on trampolines until your face hurts from smiling, then jump some more until your muscles ache with joy.

For an extra pump, you’ll incorporate dumbbells or kettlebells into your bouncing routine.
