We finally were able to take it in to be fixed on September 25th where we found out Spencer no longer works for Hyundai and the new manager Ali had little interest in helping us use the warranty we purchased to fix the broken sensor. The new manager informed us they actually do not fully inspect used vehicles completely but they only check them for safety. We shared the voice mail which he gaslighted us to say it was not saying they would cover it but only that he activated the warranty. Now there is nothing we can do to use the warranty we purchased since it was broken when we purchased it and apparently the warranty is only for items broken after we purchased it. AWFUL Experience and they just do not care.

I bought a Santa Fe from this dealership. At the time, Hyundai was offering 0% financing for 60 months with no payments for 90 days. When the finance manager prepared the purchase and financing documents, we began signing the paperwork. In the middle of the process, he mentioned that my first payment would be due in 45 days. This was the first time I had been told that. When I asked about the advertised 90-day no-payment offer, he told me that he would have to prepare all of the documents again if I wanted to take advantage of it. Since we were already well into the paperwork, he suggested that I contact Hyundai Finance afterward and ask them to change the first payment date. A few days after purchasing the vehicle, I contacted Hyundai Finance as he suggested. However, they told me that they could not change the payment date and that only the dealership could make that change. What I found particularly frustrating was that the finance manager apparently did not know that only the dealership could make this change, yet he directed me to Hyundai Finance instead. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of follow-up. I tried several times to reach the finance manager by email and phone. I left a voicemail but never received a return call. I also contacted the salesperson and asked him to reach out to the finance manager on my behalf, but unfortunately, I still received no response. I understand that mistakes or misunderstandings can happen, but I expected the dealership to at least respond and make an effort to address the issue. The lack of communication and follow-up after the sale has been very frustrating and disappointing.

Purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid on Saturday, September 12 from McDonald Hyundai. The sales representative, Dallas Paulson, was extremely knowledgeable about the products and really expedited the process in spite of some insurance issues on our part. Ian, the financing person was also extremely efficient and helpful. A very good buying experience overall.

Bought my new Sonata here after having not visited the old location since pandemic-times. The new location is fantastic, huge and shiny. Sales and finance team were very helpful and friendly from the initial test-drive through the follow-up services. My relationship with McDonald Hyundai goes back to 2016, when I bought a Sonata there. I later returned to buy an Ioniq 5 for my son, and I just picked up my own Ioniq 5 N. Three cars over ten years, and there is a reason I keep coming back and send everyone I know their way. Ricardo “Ricky” Alvarenga helped us with both Ioniq 5s, and he is someone I genuinely trust. He is kind, honest, patient, and never makes you feel pressured or like you are just another sale. He treated me just as well buying my third car from the dealership as if I were walking in for my first. That says a lot about him. The entire team went out of their way for me with the Ioniq 5 N. Ali Kaeni, the sales manager, kept working on my deal even after I had left because he genuinely wanted to find a way to make it happen. They gave me a killer deal on my trade and on the car. When I came back to complete the purchase, they worked through the deal, trade, financing, and paperwork and had me back out the door in around an hour. Ian McClearn in finance was a big part of making that possible. He made everything easy, comfortable, and quick. There was no pressure, unnecessary waiting, or back-and-forth. He simply took care of everything and got me on my way. You can buy a car almost anywhere. Ricky did a great job finding us the car that we wanted. We told him what things we wanted in a car and he gave us what we wanted, plus some. He didn't try to oversell on add one. We actually had to request a couple we had seen online. His patients while my husband looking at 1 car and the next, back and forth was great. No high pressure on the add ons. Explained each to us and told us other ways to save money. All in all we had a great experience.

Completely, and uttering unbelievable to be treated this way. I have never heard of a car dealer not willing to help a buyer, who is paying full price, in getting a deal approved. From Jawad Ahmad through his sales manager: “I just checked in with my manager, and unfortunately we won't be pursuing this deal. It's turning into more of a hassle than we're willing to take on.” It’s a hassle apparently to try and buy a car from this dealership. I’ve never heard of such a thing!

Very impressive Hyundai dealership; as it pertains to both Sales & Service. Easy, friendly, convenient and courteous across the board. My '23 Elantra SEL was bought brand-new in New York; has over 44,000 miles on the odometer after much commuting and cross-country travel. It is the third Elantra I've owned in the past ten years (previous models: MY 2000 Wagon & MY 2020 SE Sedan). Hyundai continues to keep the dream alive; keep-up the good work.

I came to Hyundai for service on my vehicle which was ultimately deemed totaled. McDonald Hyundai was very patient, straightforward and honest with me. They've held my hand through this process and worked directly with my insurance adjuster. They made a terrible situation manageable for me and are very cooperative and collaborative. I would definitely return. I have a lot of headaches but this Hyundai has not been one of them. Special thanks to CJ for being by my side through this.

We negotiated and agreed to a specific purchase price, and I believed we had a deal. When the paperwork was prepared, the dealership entered the sales tax incorrectly. Then, after the fact, they came back asking for more money because they claimed they had also entered the wrong sales price. That is not an acceptable way to do business. If a dealership makes mistakes on its paperwork, the customer should not be pressured to pay more because of those mistakes—especially after a price has already been negotiated and agreed upon. From my perspective, this felt like a bait-and-switch: agree to one price, get the customer committed, and then come back with a higher price due to supposed "errors." Whether the mistakes were intentional or incompetent, the end result was the same—the deal I agreed to was not honored. A dealership's credibility depends on transparency and honoring the numbers it agrees to. This experience left me feeling misled and with absolutely no confidence that the price presented to me was actually the price I would be expected to pay. My advice: get every number in writing, scrutinize every line of the buyer's order, and do not assume that the agreed-upon price will be honored until you have verified everything. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

The most impressive dealership I've ever seen, and I've seen many. Very impressive building and very large inventory. Service was half the time I expected for 4 recalls. Electronic aids were well managed including video from the tech discussing the general inspection of my vehicle. And a Starbucks like cafe in the waiting room!

Hi all. We just picked up a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited. from McDonald. We worked with Jawad Ahmad for the purchase. I'm 66 and my wife's 63. I usually shepherd car deals which is what I did this time. I also have become accustomed to being a hard nose in negotiations, well, because it's normally required. It took a couple of visits, calls and emails to Jawad to realize that it wasn't necessary with him or McDonald. The deal, including the trade in value of our 2022 Wrangler 4XE was honored all the way through. Jawad, his manager and Ian the finance gentleman were stellar. Jawad, very patiently, walked us through the set up of the SUV to our phones and the Hyundai network. That was an hour! The SUV is excellent. After a week, we're up to 33.9 MPG on the average. It'll get higher with break in. Two complaints. The detail guy prepping ours for delivery did a quick relatively poor job on the interior. No biggie. The 2nd complaint is all on Hyundai. You can't get a spare tire, even a doughnut, from the MFR. They only provide a foam and small compressor kit. I found a great spare tire donut kit on valuetire.com. Jack, tools and a good, correctly sized donut for $320 on Amazon. Fit and secured like a charm. Most pleased. Go Jawad!
