From my perspective, this felt like a bait-and-switch: agree to one price, get the customer committed, and then come back with a higher price due to supposed "errors." Whether the mistakes were intentional or incompetent, the end result was the same—the deal I agreed to was not honored. A dealership's credibility depends on transparency and honoring the numbers it agrees to. This experience left me feeling misled and with absolutely no confidence that the price presented to me was actually the price I would be expected to pay. My advice: get every number in writing, scrutinize every line of the buyer's order, and do not assume that the agreed-upon price will be honored until you have verified everything. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our new Hyundai Palisade from McDonald Hyundai! With a 6-month-old at home, we really appreciated how flexible and efficient the entire process was. Gin helped us complete as much as possible remotely before we returned to finalize everything, which made the buying process so much easier for our family. When we came back to complete the purchase, everything was organized and moved quickly without ever feeling rushed. Luis in finance was fantastic. He was able to get us an even better interest rate than our credit union, and he kept everything moving while still taking the time to answer all of our questions. We also appreciated that the GM, Azar, stopped by to introduce himself and thank us for our business. It was a nice personal touch. And walking out to our new Palisade with the big red bow on it was such a fun surprise—it was my first red bow, and it really made the experience feel special! We visited several dealerships during our search, including a few that advertise no dealer fees. While those dealerships didn’t leave much of an impression, McDonald Hyundai stood out because of the people. They were transparent, easy to work with, and negotiated with us fairly by helping offset the dealer fee in other ways. We left feeling like it was a fair deal for both sides. Have leased both my Ioniq 5 and my new Palisade from this dealership, and both times it has been a top tier, wonderful experience. Dallas was the salesman who helped me, and I’ll just say this…. I’ve been to other dealerships where they try to screw you at all costs, they’re shady, they bury the lead, etc etc. Dallas not only was just a REAL genuine human being, honest and forthright throughout the entire process, but just an absolute pleasure to work with. The most impressive dealership I've ever seen, and I've seen many. Very impressive building and very large inventory. Service was half the time I expected for 4 recalls. Electronic aids were well managed including video from the tech discussing the general inspection of my vehicle. And a Starbucks like cafe in the waiting room!

Hi all. We just picked up a 2026 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited. from McDonald. We worked with Jawad Ahmad for the purchase. I'm 66 and my wife's 63. I usually shepherd car deals which is what I did this time. I also have become accustomed to being a hard nose in negotiations, well, because it's normally required. It took a couple of visits, calls and emails to Jawad to realize that it wasn't necessary with him or McDonald. The deal, including the trade in value of our 2022 Wrangler 4XE was honored all the way through. Jawad, his manager and Ian the finance gentleman were stellar. Jawad, very patiently, walked us through the set up of the SUV to our phones and the Hyundai network. That was an hour! The SUV is excellent. After a week, we're up to 33.9 MPG on the average. It'll get higher with break in. Two complaints. The detail guy prepping ours for delivery did a quick relatively poor job on the interior. No biggie. The 2nd complaint is all on Hyundai. You can't get a spare tire, even a doughnut, from the MFR. They only provide a foam and small compressor kit. I found a great spare tire donut kit on valuetire.com. Jack, tools and a good, correctly sized donut for $320 on Amazon. Fit and secured like a charm. Most pleased. Go Jawad!

Let me start by saying that I hate buying cars! But my experience of McDonald Hyundai was the best experience! From start to finish. My salesman, John K, was responsive, took the time to really show me the car and listen to what I was really looking for. He also sat with me and walked me through all of the technology before I drove it off the lot. The finance part, which is usually the worst part in my experience was phenomenal. My finance person reviewed everything he was lovely to work with. I will most definitely return!

Easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase I have had. Micah knew what I wanted through our text messages, and when I arrived, it was there, ready for my test drive. In financing, no pressure to buy extras, no push to pay more, just what they offered and what I had asked for. Everything explained and questions answered. From arrival to walking out the door was 2.5 hours!!! Unheard of but very appreciated, and I felt like a valued customer the entire time! Will return!

I’ve been working with Nick Coloroso for a month. I had a problem with a stress fracture in my radiator. Was told by Arapahoe Hyundai that it’s covered under the 60,000 mile warranty so it’s not covered under warranty because I’m at 87,000. I then called Hyundai and asked them and they said they can put a request for a good will and see if they will cover it or a portion of it, but Arapahoe Hyundai never even offered to do that. So I called them after Hyundai told me that and asked if they would do that and they said yes they can do that, but they had no loaner cars available and I need a loaner. So they said they will call me when they get one available. That was on Jan 8th. It’s March 16th and I still haven’t heard from them. Meanwhile February 17th my car took 10 minutes to start and I figured it was the starter going, but I didn’t want to call Arapahoe Hyundai because apparently they still don’t have a loaner available. So I called the only Hyundai dealership I haven’t called yet, because the others also didn’t offer to put in a request to Hyundai to see if they will fix my radiator, just said it’s not covered under warranty and how much it would cost me. So I called Macdonald Hyundai and Nick answered, I told him about the starter and he said it’s not covered under warranty, but I could put a request in to see if they will cover it or a portion of it. I said “really?” He said absolutely. So I continued to ask if he would do the same for me on my radiator and he said “of course!” Then I said the only problem is I need a loaner. He said ”I will have one available for you later today if you can drop it off today.” “I said really?” So I went the same day my car wouldn’t start and dropped it off, picked up the loaner and he has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with. Always kept me updated through text and always respond to my texts if I had any additional questions. AND he got both the starter and my radiator 70% covered by the warranty department. For someone To mention that he will Try to see what he can get covered by the warranty department meant the world to me. So now my car is all fixed and I still haven’t heard from Arapahoe Hyundai on a loaner. So needless to say, I recommend Nick at MacDonald Hyundai in the service department as your service advisor to anyone that needs any help with their Hyundai. He is hands-down, the best that I’ve ever worked with.

Our sales rep, Micah, was really terrific. Low key, but totally knowledgeable about the Tucson we were interested in; friendly, patient, and overall a complete pleasure to work with. Same goes for Venice, the financial manager. We drove away with exactly the vehicle we wanted - totally satisfied with the experience.
