Had an issue with our 2023 Hyundai Kona horn that just stopped working. They got us in at 7am and had the car back to us by 5pm all fixed. Horn was faulty and a recall was also taken care of since the car was already in the shop. All under warranty!! Great service and communication on timeframe for when the car would be done. We bought our 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid at McDonald Hyundai earlier this year when they were still at their old location. Good experience overall. This new location is absolutely beautiful and large with a great view of the mountains. We got an oil change and tire rotation done here and the service was done quickly and the people were nice. Only thing that was not up to par was that we were promised a complimentary car wash and it was not done. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice.
